What is PBFN?
Professional Business & Financial Network (PBFN) is an exclusive Internet-based membership organization designed to provide professional athletes with the fundamental tools they need to succeed in business - both during and beyond their athletic careers. Founded by 11-year NFL veteran Ryan McNeil, who felt that professional athletes needed better awareness of and access to business opportunities, PBFN fosters professional development in a supportive peer environment by bringing together active and retired athletes interested in starting or growing a business and networking with other athletes.
PBFN provides practical and credible business advice and tools, supplies essential educational opportunities for professional growth, and offers valuable opportunities to build long-term peer relationships.
Who is PBFN for?
All professional athletes, male or female, who are interested in enhancing their professional, personal, and financial well-being may become members of PBFN. Membership is open to all active or retired professional athletes, in all sports, worldwide.
Although we cater our services to members, we value the family unit as a vital support mechanism. We recognize that athletes and their spouses are often extensions of each other. With this in mind, we encourage spousal involvement in many organizational activities, such as Acceleration, our annual Business Skills and Development Conference.
